Because a death in the family is such a personal thing, we believe that the
personnel who deal with those families must be especially sensitive and conscientious.
We are proud of the people at Macy & Son. Their genuine personal concern for
each family and their dedication to servicing are outstanding. Each member of our staff
is sincerely interested in the people served and readily demonstrates the care and
concern that has become a hallmark of our firm.
